Used to be a great place with a large selection but the selection is not as good anymore. Tailored more towards off road vehicles and goldwings.
We found a UTV online, called for information and easily secured a hold on it. We purchased it 2 days later and were happy with the buying experience from the beginning! Curt did a great job not pressuring us and even helped load it on our trailer. We appreciate their help with everything!
Great first time experience for me with Rod's! I called to see if they had the bike I wanted in stock and to my surprise they did. The Honda Grom is pretty hard to find right now, especially in the color I wanted. Staff was very helpful and not pushy at all, very big plus for me. I actually bought the bike over the phone on a Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. I had very little time as I had a bunch of stuff to do that day and they breezed right through everything and got me on my way. Happy camper!
Visited the store more than once just examining their inventory, not sure what I wanted in a bike and never was pressured towards a certain bike or certain style. I felt their main interest was putting me on a bike that was best for my use. After many months of working with them, and deciding on a bike they were more than enough help getting everything settled. Will definitely be returning for my next upgrade.
